Follow the three simple stages listed below:
Step 1
The operator selects the matched cassette for the cartridge that requires refilling passing it under the scanner, the barcode is read by the machine, it now has all the information needed to refill the cartridge.
The ink cassette is now placed into the machine, the cartridge into the adapter.
1. The machine reads the ink cassette barcode.
Step 2
The ink cassette is now placed into the machine, the cartridge into the adapter.
- With no operator intervention, the cartridge is now completely emptied, the old ink being pulled out of the cartridge through its print head, under a very high vacuum.
- When the cartridge is completely empty, the machine then fills the cartridge with specially matched ink.
- The cartridge is primed, ensuring the ink is flowing freely out of the print head.
2. The empty cartridge is placed into the adapter.
Step 3
After the machine completes its cycle, the ink cartridge is removed. The operator simply attaches a sealing tape or clip to protect the print head, the refilled cartridge is then placed in a box, and returned to the customer.
- The machine now performs a self-clean and is ready to refill another cartridge.
3. The operator removes the recharged cartridge.
